We believe that when considering an office fleet optimisation, a holistic view of a client's total document output is advisable as there may be significant cost and productivity benefits to be accrued from examining the opportunity to route some office output through a centralised facility. That is why we offer this service which takes a detailed look at costs, throughput, capabilities and operational effectiveness.
Document output policy creation
It's often a mystery to us that even when even the most savvy clients have performed a detailed analysis of their requirements, the vendors still sell them the equipment mix and features that they want to sell as opposed to what the client really needed.

We then assist you in vendor Q&A sessions, final vendor selection, contract and SLA negotiations.
