We believe in professionalism, openness, honesty and transparency in all that we do, from the way in which we structure projects to the way we structure our pricing.

In any project, we will first meet with you to fully understand your business requirements, your goals, objectives and your time-scales. Following that we will draw-up a fully costed proposal and a scoping document detailing the work to be carried-out, the resources to be deployed, a time-line and the deliverables - we ask you to sign off on this document as a true and accurate interpretation of what has been agreed.

For longer projects, we will agree a project plan and a regular review cycle to ensure targets are met and changes in requirements are fully understood.

Working on your site, we endeavour to be as courteous and unobtrusive as possible, always mindful that business must go on.

On completion of the work and prior to the delivery of any reports, we will meet once again to present and discuss our findings, conclusions and recommendations. Once satisfied that the scope of work has been completed, we will ask you to sign-off the project and the final invoice will be issued.

All of our services are quoted as a daily rate, exclusive of reasonable expenses which will be estimated and detailed in our proposal.

Depending upon the scope of work to be carried out, we may ask for 50% payment on commencement, with the balance payable only upon completion. Our terms are Net15 and quoted prices will be exclusive of VAT.
