Many of our clients will have knowingly or unknowingly attempted some optimisation of their printers and photocopiers, probably with the introduction of multi-functional devices and many will have existing contracts in-place for the provision of hardware, consumables and maintenance. However, many are not certain if the changes they have made and the contracts they have are effective both in terms of costs and productivity. We offer our Validation service for just such clients and also for those who have not yet attempted optimisation but who need to reduce the financial burden associated with printing and photocopying.

The validation service provides a snapshot of your current state against a set of industry benchmark metrics.

We measure

  • costs (forensic accounting method)
  • end-user satisfaction and
  • fitness for purpose against business needs

The deliverable is a snapshot report detailing our findings and typically the Validation activity will take 5-7 working days, depending upon the size of your business and the number of locations under scrutiny.

For clients who have not yet attempted optimisation or who are looking towards a second generation solution, the report also includes an outline business case for change on which future projects can be based.
